Founder-CareerKunj | Ex TCS HR & Recruiter

Saksham Sharma is the founder of Careerkunj and a former TCS HR professional with over five years of diverse corporate experience. He began his career at TCS as a recruiter, successfully sourcing top talent for the Mumbai and Indore regions, interviewing over 1,000 candidates, and leading campus recruitment drives at prestigious institutions like IIT and IIM Indore.
Driven by a strong commitment to societal impact, Saksham transitioned into Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and excelled as the Regional CSR Lead, where he expanded initiatives across Central India. His passion for mentoring students led him to deliver impactful sessions on interview preparation, life skills, and resume writing at various colleges and universities. This experience inspired him to establish Careerkunj, a venture dedicated to providing students with the right career guidance tailored to their skills and interests, helping them make informed decisions and build rewarding careers.
